decision time for Donna and Act...
Supreme Court decision due today! At last!!
I don't overly care whether she goes or stays, but this should be interesting...
Update: Decision due out at 2.15pm. If the Court decides against Donna she would be gone by next week, and Kenneth Wong sworn in Tuesday week.

Interesting, considering all the 'discussion' in the media recently about the relationship between the Government and the Court that the first decision that they make is about a politician.
I have a slight gut feeling that the Court may find in favour of Awatere-Huata, saying something along the lines that finding otherwise may mean interfering in politics/parliamentary processes. But I really have no idea!
well obviously my gut feeling is completely wrong!
I don't think anyone could have had an accurate gut on this one - people have been predicting it lots of different ways. The interesting part is what happens now within Act...
